about me

My coaching method builds on my belief that our capacity and ability to love (and be loved by) others is directly proportional to our capacity and ability to love ourselves.

I believe that to best improve the quality of a relationship, we must also take into account and improve the quality of our relationship with ourselves.

I guide couples to do exactly that. In my work, we oscillate between the relationship and the individuals in it, focusing on what can actually be done—actions to take—to get the results they want.

I'll help you transform conflict into growth by giving you tools to shift out of damaging cycles, and increase your relationship skills and self esteem.  My background in psychology combined with my personal interest in spirituality helps others clarify, reflect, and change their lives.

With certifications in coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming and the Compassionate Inquiry approach, I offer actionable items in each session which weave between personal growth, self love, communication, conflict resolution, and connection.

my approach

  • CLARIFY

It all starts with identifying repeating conflicts, complaints, or experiences of disharmony. What are you experiencing that you don’t want, or what do you want that you don’t have?

  • REFLECT

We examine your thoughts, fears, feelings and beliefs around these sub-optimal experiences—what stories are you running? What is your role in them?

  • CHANGE

We walk through ways you can interrupt the sub-optimal pattern by changing the role you play in it, decreasing subconscious reactivity, and getting you what you want. Think of these as tools to improve your relationship.
