Tailored, intentional, held with care

I've spent years working with people as a relationship coach, helping them navigate what stands between them and living more fully. Psilocybin facilitation is a natural extension of that work — a tool that, held in the right container, can dissolve old patterns and open genuinely new ground.

My approach is warm, grounded, and non-directive. I don't tell you what your experience means. I hold space, stay present, and support you in finding your own way through — whether what arises is tender, surprising, or difficult.

The through-line of all my work is relationship: with yourself, with others, with life. Psilocybin has a way of making that work feel possible in ways that can surprise you.

What a session looks like

Every session follows a structured arc — preparation, the session itself, and integration — each designed to build on the last. If you're new to this work, please be reassured that no prior experience with psychedelics is necessary.

What people say

"

Before my session with Martha, I knew something felt stuck. From the very beginning, I felt safe, grounded, and supported. Childhood experiences surfaced and suddenly made sense. The phrase "begin again" kept coming up — a reminder that I was not broken, just ready to move forward differently. My nervous system felt calmer. Things that once felt heavy felt lighter. Easily one of the most impactful things I have ever done for myself. I still draw from it years later.

My experience with Martha was deeply sacred from beginning to end. I felt held in a space of true safety, trust, and spiritual support, allowing me to fully surrender to the journey. As a new mom, I entered this space carrying both immense love and a quiet overwhelm that comes with such a profound life transition. Martha's guidance was intuitive and aligned — she gently helped me connect with what my soul was ready to explore, from setting clear intentions to understanding how to integrate the experience afterward. One of the most impactful moments was when Martha suggested I call in my dad as one of my guides — something I had never considered on my own. That invitation opened the door to a deeply moving connection. In this season of motherhood, where so much of my focus is outward, this work gave me a rare and necessary opportunity to turn inward and reconnect with myself. Since then, the integration has continued to unfold organically — each day I find myself seeing life through a more expanded, compassionate lens. I am so grateful for Martha's presence, her intuitive wisdom, and the sacred space she holds.

"

Martha sat with me through a psilocybin journey where I felt so supported and cared for. I had previously had a bad experience which was soothed by her attention to detail, confidence, and willingness to let me lead with many decisions. The playlist she curated felt really nourishing and beautiful. From the meticulous and delicious way she prepared the medicine to the way she delicately but persistently helped me through integration, every detail matters to her and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend her gentle support and grounded presence for your journey. She is a compassionate soul who happens to be really good at this work and genuinely loves people and this medicine.

"

Martha is exceptional. She was patient with us throughout the entire process, meeting us where we were at and protecting each of our feelings and perspectives. She helped both of us step outside of our comfort zone to address how we see and respond to conflicts — and helped us honor our boundaries and find collaboration in our marriage.

Martha is a breath of fresh air. Her easy presence, authenticity, and true love for believing in love has been a lifeline for my partner and I's relationship over and over. Both in joint sessions and one-on-ones I always feel held in love, supported, and challenged in just the right ways.

Working with Martha has saved my relationship. What used to take my partner and I days to resolve has now turned into hours, sometimes minutes. We are equipped to handle conflict in a way I've never known was possible, and our relationship is thriving because of it.

Martha has helped me deepen my self-awareness in ways I was previously not able to access. She takes the time to understand my partner and I fully — individually and as a unit. The somatic modalities she uses have really helped me become more in touch with signals in my body.

I feel so in touch with myself since working with Martha. The way she untangles my emotions and mirrors them back brings me greater clarity and gives me the confidence I need to have hard conversations, speak my truth, and ask for what I want.

Questions

Things people often ask

Is this legal? +
Yes. Oregon's Measure 109 made supervised psilocybin services legal in the state. I am licensed through the Oregon Health Authority, and all sessions take place at a licensed service center. This is a regulated, legal health service.
Who is psilocybin facilitation for? +
Anyone 21 or older who is curious, ready to do some honest inner work, and in generally stable health. You don't need a diagnosis, a mental health history, or prior experience with psychedelics. Many of my clients come from a coaching or personal growth background and are looking to go deeper.
Do I need a referral or diagnosis? +
No referral or diagnosis is required. Oregon's model is wellness-based, not medical. That said, we'll discuss your health history during preparation to ensure this is a good fit and to identify any contraindications.
What if I have a difficult experience? +
Challenging moments can be part of a meaningful experience. My job is to help you feel safe enough to move through whatever arises — not to prevent difficulty, but to be steady beside you in it. We prepare for this together in the pre-session meeting.
How is this different from therapy? +
I am not a licensed therapist, and psilocybin facilitation is not psychotherapy. I'm a facilitator — trained to hold a safe and supportive space during and around your experience. Some clients work with a therapist in parallel, and I'm happy to coordinate when that's helpful.
How do I get started? +
Just reach out using the form below. We'll have an initial conversation — no pressure, no commitment — to talk through your questions and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
