My Approach
I've spent years working with people as a relationship coach, helping them navigate what stands between them and living more fully. Psilocybin facilitation is a natural extension of that work — a tool that, held in the right container, can dissolve old patterns and open genuinely new ground.
My approach is warm, grounded, and non-directive. I don't tell you what your experience means. I hold space, stay present, and support you in finding your own way through — whether what arises is tender, surprising, or difficult.
The through-line of all my work is relationship: with yourself, with others, with life. Psilocybin has a way of making that work feel possible in ways that can surprise you.
"The wound is the place where
the light enters you."

Through cultivating the courage to meet yourself,
you may find you are liberated.
Services
Every session follows a structured arc — preparation, the session itself, and integration — each designed to build on the last. If you're new to this work, please be reassured that no prior experience with psychedelics is necessary.
See the full process →People find their way to me for many reasons. These are three of the most common.
Support for a season of feeling adrift — searching for a reconnection to self, clarity, and meaning.
Support for those experiencing friction in their relationships, seeking to reduce reactivity from old wounds and the sense of being at odds.
The identity shifts of becoming — and the ongoing evolution of mothering.
