What a session looks like
The full arc of the work, before, during, and after, and everything it includes.
Most people arrive feeling a mix of fear, excitement, nervousness and curiosity. Both are welcome. Nothing about this work is a test to pass, and no prior experience with psychedelics is needed. The whole arc, from our first conversation to our last, is designed to help you feel ready, supported, and always in the lead.
Preparation
We meet before your psilocybin session to discuss your intentions, history, and what you hope to explore. This is where we build trust, set the container, and make sure you feel genuinely ready.
Required · 60–90 minThe session
Held at a licensed service center in a calm, comfortable environment. I'll be present with you throughout: grounded, attentive, and supporting you every step of the way.
4–8 hours · Licensed centerIntegration
After your experience, we meet to reflect on what arose, what surprised you, and how to bring what you encountered into your daily life and relationships.
Follow-up · 60 minPreparation
Before any psilocybin session, we meet for one or more preparation conversations. This is where we get to know each other, talk through your history and what you're hoping to explore, and set the intentions that will guide the work.
There's no rush, and nothing you need to have figured out in advance. By the time we've finished preparing, the container will feel solid and familiar, and you'll know exactly what to expect on the day.
The session itself
Your session takes place at a licensed service center, in a calm, comfortable space. You'll settle in, and when you're ready, we begin. I'll be with you throughout: grounded, attentive, and quietly present. I'm not there to steer your experience or tell you what it means, but to hold the space so you can meet whatever arises. Part of being a facilitator means knowing when to offer direct support and when to get out of the way and let you move through the experience. This is something I prioritize honing in my work.
Experiences vary enormously. You may encounter vivid imagery, deep emotion, old memories, or moments of striking clarity, beauty, and connection. You may also meet difficulty, and if you do, we move through it together, at your pace. The day is unhurried. There is nowhere else to be.
You don't need to have it all figured out to begin. Our first conversation is exactly the place to bring your questions.
Integration
In the days following a session, many people feel more open than usual, a window in which new perspectives can take root. We meet again to reflect on what arose, what surprised you, and how to carry it gently into ordinary life and your relationships.
Integration is where an experience becomes lasting change, and it's a part of this work I care about as much as the session itself.
Pricing. Each container is bespoke. Sessions and packages are quoted individually based on your needs and the depth of preparation and integration we plan together. Sliding scale is available for those who need it. Please reach out to discuss what's possible.
1:1 conversations & ongoing integration. If a full psilocybin journey doesn't feel like the right next step, I also offer one-on-one conversations and ongoing integration support drawing on my background in coaching, somatic practice, and Compassionate Inquiry. Sometimes the work begins simply by being heard.
